LOCATION: 149 Mt. Coot-tha Road, Toowong, Queensland 4066, AUSTRALIA

CLIMATE: subtropical (warm humid with summer wet season).
MEAN MAXIMUM temperature: 24-27°C MEAN MINIMUM temperature: 9-12°C
MEDIAN YEARLY RAINFALL: 1000-1500mm
