Richard Randall Art Studio (built 1900, relocated to MCBG 2007)
Sir Thomas Brisbane Planetarium (built 1978)
Tropical Display Dome (built in late 1970s)
Queensland Herbarium (BRI) which began at CBG in 1855, moved to Meiers Road, Indooroopilly in 1960s, relocated to MCBG 1998
BCC Branch Library at Mt. Coot-tha (since about 1980s)
Japanese Garden (created for Expo88 and relocated to MCBG c.1989)
Mount Coot-tha Reserve (set aside in late 1800s) and its Lookout and Summit Restaurant

Anzac Park, Dean Street, Toowong (established 1916) lies across the Western Freeway, and originally part of the BBG before the Western Freeway constructed.
